  • How are the sails installed?

    Most of our customers fit our sails themselves. We have designed our fixing system to only require one drill hole per corner.

    We will provide you with everything you will need (except a ladder and tools). We even supply the drill bit and show you where each fitting has to go. You are safe in the knowledge that we have experience that spans every type of structure, including UPVC.

    The sails are lightweight, so they will not cause any stress to your building.

  • The bullet

    This fixing is by far the most used fixing for all of our sails. The fixing has an interesting one way system to stop the wire hook from pulling out.

    They can accommodate leader cables as well as the wire hooks we provide. The bullet fixing is a sleek and stylish way to fix your new sail blinds.

  • Glass mounts

    No good at DIY?, we offer a NO DRILL OPTION! We stock a stick on, glass mount hook, which can also be applied to upvc or wooden finishes.

    The strength of the hooks have been fully tested to withstand the tensions applied by the sail.

  • Chunky fixings

    We stock other types of fixings as shown because sometimes a chunkier look is desirable, either for aesthetics or for technical reasons.

    These come in a brushed steel finish and look very smart in modern homes or atriums.

  • Woven steel cable

    We can provide wire cables, rope and even twine leader cables for our sails.

    These are finished with Stainless Steel Ferrules, so they look the part. These types of fixings are used when a customer wants a sail away from the wall or up in the air.

  • Caribiners

    Very useful for all our Easyshade sails. They work well with a leader cable that is either fixed to a wall or even a tree. In summary we have an array of fixings and solutions for you to fix up your funky sails.

  • Tensioners

    Tensioners are mainly used in outdoor scenarios where each fixing point of a sail needs to be extra strong and taught. Tensioners can be used in indoor environments to give a high quality finish.

  • Weights

    Our stainless steel floor weights are perfect for situations when a customer would like to move or re-arrange a sail configuration without permanent floor fixings. Our weights are approx 8-10kg in weight, 14cm in diameter and 8cm high. They come with a cork pad attached to the bottom to reduce slipping.

  • Hooks

    Mainly used in commercial projects our specially designed end hooks fit perfectly into spreader bars/stainless steel tubing. The hole through the center of the hook allows the sail to move freely along a guiding cable or rope.

  • Custom-made hooks

    Can’t find a fixing that suits your room? Our highly skilled team of metal fabricators can design and make almost any hook or fixing you desire. Just let us know your thoughts and we will do the rest.

  • Coloured caribiners

    If you would like a different coloured caribiner to match your decor or sails please let us know. We have a wide range of colours to choose from.
